The leadership at ATS has decades of law enforcement and security operations at the executive levels. Though we have been in business as Almond Tree Security since 2017, the founders have over 125 years of combined executive law enforcement leadership experience and over 70 years in the agriculture security sector.

Almond Tree’s roots are in the soil of Florida literally. Our founder comes from a respected family of generational farmers, and decades of protecting farms, nurseries and agricultural assets taught us what real security looks like: local knowledge, fast response, and accountability.

Steve Garrison
Founder and Senior Partner
Steve Garrison is the founder of ATS and brings over 50 years of experience to the firm. Steve is a Vietnam Combat veteran, veteran police officer and former Chief of Police. Additionally, Steve comes from a respected family of Generational farmers in South Florida and has a lifetime of real-world working experience and industrial knowledge in agriculture.
Brian Kennedy
Chief Executive Officer
The CEO, Brian Kennedy, is a veteran police officer with 35 years of experience as a police supervisor, SRT operative, K-9 officer and Field Training Officer. He leads the company with one simple motto: “Safety before all”. We are dedicated to our job and ensure we provide:
